Cyderes Reps may attend BlackHat if they have either three small Clients attending and/or a large (>$400k) Client attending.  Please note the Clients you have attending.  We strongly recommend booking your Client with one or more of the Cyderes Leaders attending and also bring them to our networking event on the 10th.

Travel, Passes, and Expense Intel:

Flight & Hotel Information: After approval via the form above, you may book your own flight via Concur. Next, the marketing team will add your name to the room block at Aria Hotel in Las Vegas (no need to call them). The room block is for 3 nights with a Tuesday (8/9) arrival and Friday checkout (8/12). The room block has been paid in advance, but you will still be asked to submit a credit card for incidentals upon arrival. If you want to arrive earlier or stay later, you must receive manager approval to expense the extra time and extend it personally with Aria based on their availability.

Pass Information: upon written approval from sales leadership (through the form above), marketing will put you into our BlackHat sponsor system and give you instructions on using our pre-authorized codes to officially register.

Expense Policy: please remember to follow all legacy HG and FTG guidelines for expenses until updated guidance is given from Finance and HR teams.
