Rohan Haldea

Rohan is a Partner in the Tech team at Apax Partners, and his responsibilities also include the Apax Foundation and overseeing Apax India. Rohan joined Apax in 2007 and is based in the London office. He has both led and participated in a number of key deals including Infogain, Herjavec Group, Coalfire Systems, Fractal Analytics, ThoughtWorks, Grupo Engineering, EVRY, GlobalLogic, iGATE, Tivit S.A., NXP and Orange Switzerland. 

Prior to joining Apax, Rohan was an Associate at Bain Capital in their North American private equity division. Prior to that, Rohan was a consultant at McKinsey and Co.

Rohan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Manufacturing Sciences and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Rohan currently serves as a Director on the Boards of Infogain, Cyderes, Coalfire Systems, Fractal Analytics and ThoughtWorks.  He previously served on the boards of GlobalLogic, Orange Switzerland, Tivit  and TietoEVRY.

Rohan also serves as CEO of the Apax Foundation and as a Trustee of Impetus.
