Laef Olson

Laef Olson is a Partner in the Apax Operational Excellence Practice. He joined Apax in 2017 and assumed leadership of technology and cybersecurity value creation work for the Apax portfolio, as well as leading pre-investment technology and cybersecurity due diligence.

Prior to joining Apax, he served as Senior Vice President at Oracle Corporation where he was responsible for Public Cloud operations, as Senior Vice President & CIO at RightNow Technologies, as Group Vice President of Technology at Orbitz Worldwide, as Chief Technology Officer at Cars.com, and as Vice President of Online Product Management at First Chicago NBD.

Laef holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wheaton College, and a MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
