Victor Varga

Victor Varga serves as General Counsel of Cyderes, where he leads the company's legal, governance, compliance, and risk management functions. He serves as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team and supports the company's continued growth, innovation, and global operations.

Victor brings more than 20 years of legal experience advising technology, cybersecurity, communications, and managed services companies. Throughout his career, he has built and led legal departments, supported complex commercial transactions, guided corporate governance initiatives, and helped organizations navigate periods of significant growth and transformation.

Prior to joining Cyderes, Victor served as General Counsel and held other senior legal leadership positions at both private and public technology companies. He has extensive experience partnering with executive teams and boards of directors on matters involving commercial contracting, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, risk management, and strategic business initiatives.
